Hi Scrummers!

When a SCRUM master doesn't do his job, like moderating the daily stand-up or not overviewing the recent work which is going on, what is going wrong?

Is it my duty as developing team member to ask the SCRUM master to do his job or should I start a mutiny right away? (Even out of the holiday season the SCRUM master doesn't appear to the daily stand-up several times...)
