Hi,

I work for a small company (about 10ppl), we usually work on several small projects at the same time (mostly a matter of months, no more than 3 developers on 1 project). Sometimes I work on several projects during one week.

After my previous SCRUM experience while working for another company and after reading more books about scrum, I wonder, is SCRUM the methodology for us?

I would assume the teams and projects are too small for the "purist" SCRUM approach.

Has anyone applied SCRUM in a similar setting? How did you have to adapt it for a small company, small teams and short projects?
