Hi!
I´m really new to scrum. I work in the R&D department of a semitrailer company. Our managers intend to introduce scrum in our develompent process for our products.
Does anyone here have any experience in using the scrum methodology outside software development?

I´m really interessted in discusing scrum for non software development.
Moreover, is there anyone, who has experience in installing a scrum team which has to start more than on develompent projects at a time using scrum?

My feeling is, that our managers got something wrong about scrum...
