 • Scrum for "fixed time fixed value" projects

Because we can not change this contractual status it is very hard vor us to adapt SCRUM. The management always pushes for the sold scope within the contract and they rarely understand when things can not be done as promised in the contract.

The use of SCRUM was the idea of the majority of team members and our management decided to try it out. Does someone of you have an idea how we can adapt?
